Idaho Regulatory Changes Affect Availability of Americo FIAs

Effective Immediately—Due to changes in Idaho regulations that impact the availability of certain fixed indexed annuities, the following 10-year FIAs from Americo Financial Life and Annuity Insurance Company are being temporarily suspended in the state:

The state changes do NOT impact the availability of Americo’s 7-year LibertyMark FIAs or Ameritas Life Insurance Corp.’s FlexMark Select® or IncomeMark Selectsm FIAs in Idaho.

Illustrations—Although the 7-year LibertyMark FIAs—which include LibertyMark 7, SE 7, 7 Plus, and SE 7 Plus—will remain available in Idaho, illustrations for these products in Idaho are temporarily unavailable.

IMPORTANT DEADLINES—To offer any of the 10-year Americo FIAs, applications and premium must be received by Americo by 5 p.m., CST, Monday, June 29, 2020, and issued by Tuesday, June 30, 2020.
