FlexMark Select® To Be Discontinued
ApexAdvantage® Offers a Strong Alternative for Guaranteed Income

| After more than eight years of delivering consumers flexible guaranteed income,
FlexMark Select and its MyFit income riders will be closing to new sales. This
change, effective February 13, 2026 (see deadlines below), is being made in
response to our ongoing commitment to provide the strongest fixed index annuity
portfolio for consumers.
