Great news!
Starting with applications received November 8, 2016,
the Liberty Optimizer administrative fee will be applied at the
end
of each contract year instead of the beginning.
As a result, your clients’ first statement will reflect only
one
administrative
fee during the 13-month statement period—making the statement easier for clients to understand.

Heritage Maximizersm:
A similar change,
from beginning of year to end of year,
will apply to the rider fee for the optional Heritage Maximizer enhanced death benefit rider.

The
Return of Premium guarantee
currently offered by company practice on the LibertyMark death benefit will be a contractual provision,
effective with applications received on or after November 8, 2016.

annuity disclosure forms will be available on
The Forms Store
and must be included with new business submitted
on and after November 8, 2016.
Avoid new business and commission delays by ensuring the new disclosures are used,
and please discard any older versions you may have.
Updated marketing materials, including brochures and inserts, will also be available on The Forms Store.

LibertyMark FIAs will no longer be available for sale in Missouri effective
Tuesday, November 8, 2016.
