AMERICO FINANCIAL LIFE AND ANNUITY INSURANCE COMPANY RELEASES UPDATED SUITABILITY FORM

| Americo has published a new Financial Suitability Form, AAA8378 (04/17) and Financial Suitability Supplemental Form, 11-193-1 (04/17). The new forms are available on The Forms Store and should be used with all LibertyMarkSM fixed indexed annuity applications in all states
except Florida effective immediately. New business may be returned and/or there may be a delay in the processing of the application until the correct form is received by Americo.
